Shipping Time
Typically, shipping requires 3-7 business days, but during the holiday season, it might extend to 5-10 business days. The actual delivery time is managed by the carrier. Should there be any delays, I deeply regret any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, please contact me via AnadiMariaFineArt@outlook.com within 48 hours in order to have a replacement shipped out at no additional cost to you.
Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged item, please contact me at AnadiMariaFineArt@outlook.com and I'll be happy to replace your item. NOTE: you must send a picture of the damaged item within 48 hours to be eligible for a return.
